We work using strengths based coaching with a three stage planning process:
Stage 1 - Research shows that executives who use their strengths are more engaged and perform better (Gallop, 2014), so we begin by identifying your strengths. The things you're naturally good at.
Stage 2 - We listen to what's important to you professionally and what goals or areas of focus you may wish to explore.
Stage 3 - Is where we clarify your goals and look at realistic time frames to achieve these in. This is when we draw up an action plan for success. This then informs the content of our future session and allows us to ensure you remain on track, focused on achieving what is important to you.
During your initial consultation, at no cost to you, we ascertain what would work best for you. We offer individual sessions or a six month or twelve month support package dependent upon your goals.
