Where desired we can re-evaluate team structures to ensure every individual maximizes their strengths. Our bespoke line management training offers a comprehensive toolkit to help deal with difficult members of staff. Perhaps most importantly working with us provides vital space to reflect or rehearse that difficult appraisal conversation. Some days it could mean the safety for you to openly admit short comings in a protected space where together we work out the best way forward.
Our initial meeting is at no cost to yourself to ensure that we start to work productively from your first paid session. Our coaching is then facilitated between sessions through online software, enabling us to tack progress against your personally decided goals.
